Does Heartland have access to a private area at PINS?
Yes! We have secured the entire second floor of both venues for our holiday gatherings. A wristband will be required for admittance.
Is this a sit-down dinner?
A light buffet dinner will be available and there are plenty of tables/chairs as well as lounge furniture (sofas and chairs) scattered around the second-floor arcade games at PINS.
What should I wear?
This is a casual event, and we anticipate that many of our Heartland family will be coming to PINS directly from work. Fun, holiday-themed wear is welcome and encouraged, but not required.
Can I bring a guest?
Sure, if you’d like to have your significant other join you, that’s great. In early November, an official invite will be sent, and you will be asked to RSVP and provide a guest name if applicable.
Will adult beverages be available during our event?
Like our previous Heartland holiday parties, each guest will be provided with two (2) drink tickets for your choice of alcoholic beverage. Additional drinks, after two, will be self-pay. Soft drinks and water will be complimentary.
Why the change from a more formal gathering?
Your survey feedback and evolving attendance trends led us to this new venue and approach. We continue to value this time together and hope the new format will better accommodate your busy holiday schedules.
