All Things Important Monthly Newsletter December 2025

This Wednesday December 10th at 7pm in the Lawrence Barn, we will be having our annual Holiday Party!

We hope you can join us at our annual holiday gathering to celebrate each other's successes this year and nurture the friendships that HAS so readily fosters. Hollis Arts Society members can bring a friend for free this month. Bring a treat to share if you'd like!

Plus, for a fun, creative, nature-based craft, we will be creating Milkweed Pod Dried Flower Ornaments.

These pods have been harvested locally right here in Hollis. We will be providing you with dried flowers, paints, and hot glue and feel free to bring anything else that you'd like to use to create a special decorative ornament (or two!) Also, we will have supplies on hand but we encourage you to bring along your own brushes if painting something intricate on the inside is likely your gameplan.

Call to Member Artists!

We will be having a members-only Art Show at the Hollis Social Library for the month of February. There is no set theme so the choice is yours. All work must be available for purchase.

The library is holding a reception for us on Monday Feb. 2nd at 3:30pm and all participants are highly encouraged to attend!

All current members are eligible to hang one piece of original artwork measuring less than 16" on all sides. Your artwork needs to be framed and wired to hang, please no sawtooth hangers. We will be hanging artwork on Saturday 1/31 from 10:30am-12:30pm and the show will be taken down on 2/28 at 2:30pm. Paperwork can be filled out on 1/31 when you drop off your work but, prior to that, it is necessary to let us know we can expect you by notifying Grace at 603-889-7740.



Dues Reminder!

Our yearly membership dues is due on January 1st. You can download the form and pay online BY CLICKING HERE.
