A Savory Snack Secret!

Sailer’s Wine Nuts
Recipe adapted from Food & Wine magazine
2 cups raw pecans
2 cups raw almonds
2 cups raw walnuts
2 cups raw cashews 
1/4 cup pure maple syrup 
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
3 Tbsp very finely minced mixed fresh herbs: rosemary + sage + thyme 
1/4 tsp cayenne
Himalayan pink salt 

Preheat the oven to 350°. In a large bowl, toss nuts with maple syrup + oil + herbs + cayenne. Spread on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake 25-30 minutes. Stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven & season with salt. Toss frequently until cooled. Store in airtight container.
