Dr. Yoon is looking forward to expanding her biomarkers research at Hollings, which includes offering a clinical trial she previously led at Columbia University. She’s excited to join the multidisciplinary team at Hollings to lead more research on improving treatment and outcomes for cancer patients in South Carolina.
Bhisham Chera, M.D.

Dr. Chera is a renowned expert in head and neck cancer radiation and has been part of several recent breakthroughs in detection and treatment. The researcher and radiation oncologist attended medical school at MUSC, and now comes to Hollings from UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center.
