How’s your journey? Are you on a smooth path or a rocky road? Do your body, mind, and soul feel healthy and whole? How are your relationships? Are work, rest, prayer, and play in balance? Do you feel prepared, with God’s help, to deal with whatever lies ahead?
Living Compass is a program that creates opportunities for people to figure out “where they are” and “where they are headed,” and then to adjust their course as necessary. Through authentic conversations in small groups called Wellness Circles, people hear the voice of Christ in the voices of others.
As a Center for Wellness and Spirituality, Holy Comforter is committed to helping people connect their faith journey with their wellness journey. This fall, there will be four different Wellness Circles, small groups of 6–10 people, that will use the Living Compass curriculum. Areas of focus on the compass are Care of Body, Stress, Vocation, Organization, Rest and Play, Spirituality, Emotions, and Relationships (Take the 20-minute Living Compass self-assessment below to see what areas in your life need focus).
