Okay folks, it is time to get down to business for the month of June! If you are like most business people who tend to relax more throughout July and August, it is a good idea to hunker down this month, so business runs smoothly over the summer. And, you won't have to work as hard to bring it back in September -- we all know September is the second new year where we realize we're not hitting our goals for the year and try to make it happen in four months... While these 4 Ps form the core of your marketing mix, don't forget about the additional 3 Ps that are equally important:


People: Your team and customer service are vital to delivering a great customer experience.

Process: The efficiency of your processes can impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Physical Evidence: Tangible proof of your brand, such as packaging, branding, and online presence, can enhance credibility, not to mention testimonials and reviews.
