Spirit Shop


The Spirit Shop will be open for exam week on Monday, May 19, and Wednesday, May 21 from 7:3011:00 a.m.


The Spirit Shop will be closed in June. Please visit our Spirit Shop website for our summer hours beginning in July.


Our online store is open 24/7! Online orders will be filled on Wednesdays during the summer and can be picked up at the reception desk in the administration building Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (except for holidays). Thank you for supporting our store!

Pre-Order your 2025-2026

School Supplies

The Holy Cross Parents’ Club is offering pre-ordered school supply kits for the 2025-26 school year for PreK through 7th grade. It’s super easy to purchase online with 1st Day School Supplies through our customized site http://1stdayschoolsupplies.com/gs/44243.


The indvidually boxed supplies for students will be delivered to Holy Cross School in time for the start of the school year. This is an optional convenience for families. Orders are due by July 1, 2025.

Textbook and Library Books End-of-Year Procedure for Students


5th 11th GRADERS: All textbooks and library books must be returned or paid for by 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 22. Holy Cross School will accept payment using exact cash, check, or by calling Sue Ducros at 504-942-2430.


No refunds will be issued.

Device Return Schedule


As we approach the end of the school year, we would like to provide you with important information regarding the return of school-furnished laptops.

To keep the process smooth and organized, students are expected to return their devices to the Technology Office following the schedule outlined below. We appreciate your partnership in helping us maintain our technology program and ensuring all devices are returned in good condition.


Bus Riders in 5th, 6th, 8th Grades, 9th - 11th (in this order): Devices must be returned by Thursday, May 22, 2025, immediately following the last exam between 9:15 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.


9th - 11th Grade: Devices must be returned after Middle School students and 8th grade on Thursday, May 22, 2025, or on Friday, May 23, 2025, from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.


Please note the following key points regarding the return process:

Students or parents must return the device. Devices may not be turned in by another student or by another parent not listed on TigerNet as a parent or guardian of the student.


Returning students will be reissued the same device when they return in August.


Only the laptop itself will be turned in. Students should keep their laptop sleeves and chargers at home during the summer.

Holy Cross School Announces New Director of Athletics

Holy Cross School is pleased to announce that Mark J. Faliveno has been appointed the new Director of Athletics effective immediately.


With a 28-year career in physical education, coaching, and athletic leadership, Mr. Faliveno brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to fostering athletic excellence and personal growth among student-athletes.

Athletic Physicals


Holy Cross School will partner again with Ochsner to provide athletic physicals on Monday, May 19, 2025, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Student Center Atrium.


The cost will be $25.00. We will accept cash or checks. Any check should be made out to Holy Cross School.


Parents, please fill out the entire first page and the very top of page two of the LHSAA Form below, and send it with your student-athlete. Holy Cross School WILL NOT collect these forms, once the physicals are complete, the student-athlete will bring them home for you to upload to Magnus Health.

Important Reminders


2025-2026 Re-enrollment

Reminder to register for the upcoming school year if you haven’t already. Effective June 1, 2025, the re-enrollment fee will increase to $1,000. 


Reminder for 2025-2026 Tuition & Fees:

The $475 technology fee is due in May. For tuition & general fees, annual payments will be processed on May 31, 2025, and semi-annual and monthly payments will be processed beginning either June 1 or 15, depending on the payment date election made during enrollment. Merit and Need-Based Awards:

Merit and need-based awards for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year have been communicated to students and parents. Please note, that the Finance Department is working to apply the scholarship or prize amount in Tuition Management. This will be completed by May 30, 2025, before the first payment is due. Questions regarding Tuition Management may be directed to Sue Ducros at sducros@holycrosstigers.com.
