Healing Conference
with the Rev. Nigel Mumford


The EDOD Healing Conference, scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., September 10, at St. Nicholas Episcopal Church in Flower Mound, is open and free to the entire diocese. The Rev. Nigel Mumford will teach on the power of healing prayer and the healing gifts of Jesus Christ to His Church. We will learn how to exercise the gift of healing prayer and how to establish a healing prayer ministry at your parish. We will also pray for all in need of Jesus’ healing touch in mind, body, and spirit.

Men's Discipleship Summit
with Rev. Dr. John Tolson



The Summit is scheduled for September 24, from 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at St. Philip's Episcopal Church in Frisco. All men in the diocese, including clergy, are invited to attend. The purpose of this Summit is to provide discipleship tools, and techniques to prepare you to be more confident to act as a disciple of Christ in your home church and in the world.

Cost is $55. Christ Church has scholarships if you want to attend. If interested, please talk to Noble, Rick, or Mark.

Children will be led by Miss Karen Garcia from the Church Sanctuary to the Chapel following a special blessing during the 10:00 AM English Holy Eucharist each Sunday. They will return to their parents/families in the Sanctuary prior to the time for Holy Communion.
Sunday School Classes:
First Informed Communion & Confirmation Classes

Children's Sunday School is from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM on the 2nd Floor.

We pray especially for President Biden and all our American military; we pray for the people of Ukraine and Russia, and we pray for an end to this unnecessary suffering, aggression, and conflict praying most earnestly for the restoration of peace throughout the world.
Lord, in your mercy Hear our prayer.
