2023-24 GRACE Academic Calendar

We are excited to share our 2024-25 GRACE Academic Calendar with you. It is always available on our GRACE Calendar page. We are pleased to share that the 2026 Spring Break is also included on this calendar.

Note: GRACE schools will be open for learning on April 24 and 25, 2025 (the Thursday and Friday of the NFL draft in Green Bay). While we are aware that some area schools plan to close those days, we have decided to remain open. This decision underlines our commitment to prioritizing students and fostering an exceptional learning environment.

As our family travels, we value the opportunity to slow down and connect back to our Faith. It provides quiet moments that offer time for reflection and spiritual connection. I would like to share with you a glimpse into one of my family's experiences of finding such moments in an unexpected place.

During a recent vacation, my family had the opportunity to visit the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC. This magnificent sanctuary, nestled in the heart of our nation's capital, stands as a testament to faith, diversity, and the beauty of religious expression.

What made our visit truly remarkable was the discovery of the Basilica's remarkable feature: 80 chapels and oratories dedicated to honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary. Each of these sacred spaces represents a unique aspect of Mary's presence in cultures from around the world, reflecting the rich tapestry of ethnic and cultural diversity within our global community.

For our family, this experience was nothing short of unforgettable. As we wandered through the halls, we were surrounded by a sense of awe and reverence, our spirits lifted by the sight of intricate mosaics, stirring architecture, and the calming presence of Faith.

As you look to plan journeys over spring break and into summer, consider setting aside time to visit a location with spiritual significance. Whether it be close to home or far away, those moments of reflection and spiritual connection can re-energize our soul and ground us in our journey to becoming saints.

Be sure to send in your ticket orders for the Father Daughter Dance on Saturday, February 24, at 6:30 PM in the Holy Family Gym. Questions about the dance can be directed to Michelle Boland at michelle.boland@ymail.com

Volunteering at Holy Family

Every adult who volunteers at Holy Family is required to have a current background check on file, complete a VIRTUS training course, and sign a volunteer agreement each year.

Volunteer requirements are mandated by the Diocese of Green Bay, and there are no exceptions.

We strongly encourage all parents to go through this process because opportunities to volunteer will come up quickly, and your name must be on our approved list.

The Diocese of Green Bay requires all volunteers to meet safe environment requirements. All volunteers must complete and have an approved background check every 4 years and complete online safe environment training and sign a Code of Conduct yearly. The Diocese of Green Bay is contracted with VIRTUS to comply with the USCCB Charter for the Protection of Children and Youth requirements in providing safe environments for all children and individuals at risk.

Please click on the link below to complete the requirements. Parents who are already VIRTUS trained and have a current background check need to log into their VIRTUS account to sign the annual Code of Conduct.
