Hello, Holy Family!
This week we have celebrated teacher appreciation week. I can't say enough about my personal appreciation for Catholic school educators, and our Holy Family team in particular. Educators to answer the call to teach in a Catholic school, knowing that (in addition to long hours and lots of curve balls) they will need to commit to such a visibly virtuous life and serve as a model of Christ-like behavior for young people, and to do so knowing that the compensation is unfortunately not on par with that of their public school counterparts.... It's humbling to lead and it is an honor to serve such a group of people. Our teachers and staff are uniquely committed and caring, and we can all feel very thankful for that. Please hold our staff and students in your prayers these last few weeks of the school year, that we can all finish this academic year strong!
Thank you!

Next Friday, we will say "thank you" and "farewell" to our childcare manager, Jenny Graham. Jenny has served and led our childcare program, a tremendously important role, and we are thankful for all of her good work. Please join me in wishing her well and sending her with our prayers and thanks!
We have begun a search for a full-time director of early childhood to direct both our preschool and childcare programs, and we are excited about what God has in store for us!
