A Message from Superintendent Mulloy

My name is Drew Mulloy, and I am pleased to serve Holy Family School during these next few weeks of the summer. Mr. Kubuske has left the school in terrific shape and poised for the 23-24 school year. We are thankful for his strategic leadership and wish him well.

As you know, Mrs. Sharkey will serve as Interim Principal beginning on August 14. Until then, I will assist at the school with any needs that may arise during the summer. My primary role will be to support Mrs. Pack in the office and help with anything that might come up in the summer.

It is good to be here again; some of you may remember that I served briefly as the Interim Principal at HFS in the summer of 2018. From 2016-2022 I was the Principal at St. John the Baptist School, and I am now the GRACE Superintendent.

I'll be at HFS on Mondays and Wednesdays, and our summer office hours continue to be 9-2 on Monday - Thursday. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns via email at amulloy@gracesystem.org. I'm blessed to be able to support you this summer.Place article

Transportation Information

Families who are new to Holy Family must enroll each student for busing for the 2023-24 school year.

If you reside in the Green Bay Area School District and your child was registered for busing last year, your child is automatically enrolled for busing for the upcoming school year. Please contact the Green Bay Public School Transportation Department if your student is not planning to take the bus. By declining busing, you are not waiving your child’s right to ride, but a stop for your child will not be routed. You can change your mind at any time and reinstate bus service. Families need to decline busing every year. Click here to decline bus transportation for the 2023-24 school year.

You can reach the Green Bay Public School Transportation Department at (920) 448-2130 with questions.

Families residing in the Ashwaubenon School District should contact Rebecca at Ashwaubenon Schools at (920) 492-2905 to register their children for transportation.

If your student requires transportation to and/or from the Pulaski School District, please submit your student’s name and address via email to Ms. Patti Linsmeyer

Howard Suamico families should contact Mr. John Wierer to facilitate transportation. You can also call him at (920)434-5100 Ext. 11014.

Transportation arrangements must be handled by the child’s parent/legal guardian.

Volunteering at Holy Family

Every adult who volunteers at Holy Family is required to have a current background check on file, complete a VIRTUS training course, and sign a volunteer agreement each year.

Volunteer requirements are mandated by the Diocese of Green Bay, and there are no exceptions.

We strongly encourage all parents to go through this process because opportunities to volunteer will come up quickly, and your name must be on our approved list.

The Diocese of Green Bay requires all volunteers to meet safe environment requirements. All volunteers must complete and have an approved background check every 4 years and complete online safe environment training and sign a Code of Conduct yearly. The Diocese of Green Bay is contracted with VIRTUS to comply with the USCCB Charter for the Protection of Children and Youth requirements in providing safe environments for all children and individuals at risk.

Please click on the link below to complete the requirements. Parents who are already VIRTUS trained and have a current background check need to log to their VIRTUS account in to sign the annual Code of Conduct.

Hot Lunch Information

Mrs. Shelly Wendricks, Director of Holy Family's cafeteria, will be at Back to School Night to accept forms and payments for your student's hot lunch. In the meantime, you're welcome to contact Ashely Brocker at GRACE with questions.

Universal Permission Form

Holy Family students in preschool through eighth grades will have opportunities to participate in field trips throughout the 2023-24 school year.  You will be notified well in advance of the date, time, and place of each event, and you will have the opportunity to opt your child out by contacting the office.  Teachers and staff will accompany students on field trips. In some instances, parents who have been background checked and VIRTUS trained will be asked to volunteer as additional chaperones. You will receive notice if chaperones are needed.

Please complete one Permission Form for each child in your family.
