May: A Month with Our Blessed Mother

With joyful hearts, we welcome the arrival of May, a month the Church has long and lovingly dedicated to honoring our Blessed Mother, Mary. As spring blossoms around us, so too are we invited to let our faith bloom more fully through a deeper devotion to the one who always leads us to her Son. In a world that often feels uncertain and restless, Blessed Mother, Mary, draws us close, offering her gentle presence, her steadfast faith, and her unfailing love.

In an age marked by uncertainty growing and a deep hunger for faith, Blessed Mother, shines brightly as our beacon of hope and our loving refuge. She draws near to us with a mother’s tenderness and strength, calling each of us to:

Trust – “Do not be afraid, I am your Mother” (Guadalupe). In every worry and fear, she invites us to rest in her care and to place our confidence fully in her Son.

Faithfulness – At Cana, her words echo through every generation: “Do whatever He tells you.” She gently leads us back to Christ, urging us to follow Him with hearts that are open, faithful, and obedient.

Courage in the Spiritual Battle – With the promise that “She will crush the serpent’s head” (Genesis 3:15), Mary reminds us that darkness does not have the final word. In Christ, the victory is already won—and with Her beside us, we need not be afraid.

May this beautiful month be an opportunity for each of us to grow closer to our Blessed Mother, trusting in her intercession and walking more faithfully with her Son.
