“Observe what is right, do what is just…” Isaiah 56:1
This weekend we have a second collection for “Life and Justice.” This collection is taken up to support efforts our diocese makes for Respect Life and other Justice issues. There will be baskets by the table as you enter church.
“…my house shall be called a house of prayer for all peoples.” Isaiah 56:7
If you know someone who is interested in becoming a Catholic, please let Deacon Rich Akins know and he will follow up with them. We will be starting the RCIA process in September.

Backpack collection
If you would like to contribute, please choose backpacks that are large enough to accommodate a standard sized notebook and that have no wheels. The backpacks are for children ages 3-5 years old, so they love the backpacks with cartoon characters.

The collection bin will be located in the narthex through this Sunday, August 16.
