On Good Friday, the entire Church fixes her gaze on the Cross at Calvary. Each member of the Church tries to understand at what cost Christ has won our redemption.
In the solemn ceremonies of Good Friday, in the Adoration of the Cross, in the reading of the Passion, and in receiving the pre-consecrated Host, we unite ourselves to our Savior, and we contemplate our own death to sin in the Death of our Lord.
I would like to invite you for the Adoration on Good Friday starting at 7 PM and ending at 7 AM. Our church will be open the whole night for those who would like to come and spend some time in a quiet prayer before the Blessed Sacrament.
You can even sign up for a specific hour of adoration.
Let this opportunity of spending some time in prayer before the Lord not pass us this year.
