Our Mission

The Leigh Home & School Club is dedicated to supporting the academic and social/emotional needs of all our students. We aim to create a strong connection between home and school, fostering engagement and collaboration to support the entire Leigh community.

We strongly believe that the support we give to Leigh makes the school experience better for all students. This includes the valuable time, money, and energy parents put into our community. We can’t do it without you!

Annual Giving Drive

To continue our support for students and staff, we rely on your generous contributions. Our primary fundraiser, the Annual Giving Drive, aims to raise $30,000 this year. To those who have already donated, thank you! Your contributions fund vital programs, including classroom resources and allowances for all teachers, staff grants, mental health initiatives, our Wellness Center, guest speakers, staff appreciation, campus beautification, and more. You can make a difference at Leigh by donating online. Thank you for your support as we aim to reach our fundraising goal.

Volunteer Opportunities

What you have heard is not true — schools still need parent involvement in high school! Whether you have a special skill and lots of time, or just want to help out a little, we can find a place for you and we are happy to have you! Please explore our volunteer opportunities. If you don’t see anything or aren’t sure, feel free to contact us with a general inquiry. We welcome you and very much appreciate all of our volunteers and the time they dedicate to Leigh.

Your 2025-26 Leigh Home & School Club Board

We’re kicking off the 2025‑26 school year with our first Home & School Club meeting in the Leigh Library—and you’re invited! The agenda will be shared next week.

• Meet our new principal and hear her vision for the Leigh community
• Insights from our teacher and student representatives
• An overview of our goals, initiatives, and how you can get involved this year

Join us early at 6:00 PM for a deep dive into the Home & School Club budget—we’ll walk through our funding priorities and how your support makes a difference. The general meeting begins at 7:00 PM.

Join us at 5:30 p.m. in the Leigh quad before you head to your child's classrooms. This is a great way to meet other parents and to hear our amazing student musicians! Several Leigh groups, including the four booster clubs (Home & School Club, Performing Arts Parent Association (PAPA), Spirit Boosters, and Sports Boosters) will have booths where you can learn more about our programs, donate, purchase apparel, and more. We look forward to seeing you there!

We'd like to state this simply – we need your donations. When you donate to the Leigh Home & School Club, you help us the support the academic and social-emotional well-being of all of our students. Our annual giving drive is our one and only fundraiser for the year. We rely on your support to help us do all we can for the Leigh Community.

Our priorities for the year ahead include:

• Community liaison efforts
• Providing classroom and teacher resources
• Offering staff grants
• Recognizing and appreciating staff
• Enhancing campus beautification/improvements
