During the month of September, 2021, the average number of people on the By-Name List was 239. According to the By-Name List data and client-shared information, we can share the data for living situation and household type. The numbers reflected in the graphs are based on the average number of 239 individuals experiencing homelessness.

This resource examines the methods Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) grantees and Continuums of Care (CoCs) are using to integrate HOPWA programs into communities' Coordinated Entry Systems (CES). It includes the results of interviews with three communities, including the types of HOPWA activities channeled through Coordinated Entry, successes and challenges, and peer suggestions for other communities. HUD has released a new report, Supporting Aging in Place Through IWISH: Second Interim Report from the Evaluation of the Supportive Services Demonstration. The three-year demonstration rigorously tests the place-based, Integrated Wellness in Supportive Housing (IWISH) model, which HUD launched in 2017 to address the interdependent health and supportive service needs among older residents in HUD-assisted properties.
