The Melrose Chamber of Commerce and Home for the Holidays Signature Sponsor, Hallmark Health System, invite you to participate in this Melrose holiday season tradition.
Many of you have participated before, and we hope you will join us once again. For those of you who are new to Home for the Holidays, it is best described as a city-wide holiday open house which spans two days: Friday evening and Saturday.
Businesses, churches, and schools participate by offering food or hot beverages; raffles and prizes; discounts and sales; and a variety of activities that helps Melrose get into the holiday spirit. Local businesses also sponsor a fleet of four trolleys to carry residents between the various business districts in Melrose on Saturday. The trolleys run on Saturday starting at 10:00am with the last run starting at 2:00pm.
It is up to your business/organization to decide what you would like to do as part of Home For the Holidays. Members of our community will be shopping, eating, browsing, and ringing in the holiday season throughout the weekend so get creative!
