Grace and peace! I'm so excited to greet you in this edition of HomeWork. This has been an exciting time as God continues to bless us by doing exceedingly, abundantly above all that we can ask or think. God has blessed us to award the Philip and Judith Rogers Scholarship to three graduating high school seniors in the amount of $1,500.00. Because of your generosity, God has breathed on our gifts and multiplied them in a way that will make a substantial impact in the lives of Kamryn Johnson, Jalynn Ward, and Javonte Higgins.

Additionally, I am humbled that in June we were able to celebrate 13 years together as Pastor and people! I am so grateful to each and every one of you for your obedience to God, your trust in me, and the bond that we have formed. I look forward to continuing this journey with you as we endeavor to build the Kingdom in His Will, For His Purpose, and To His Glory!

Among the many accomplishments achieved by Pastor Mack over the course of his time at Sweet Home, this servant leader stepped up in a supernatural way during this period of true uncertainty, and adjusted to a "New Normal"! Our pastor remained connected with the world during a global shutdown, expanded Sweet Home's reach through technological advancements, started Tuesday Night Talks- a progressive talk show that gives a voice to unheard topics and community concerns, and expanded our outreach ministry... just to name a few.

Pastor Mack always reminds us that we don't have to be a mega church to have a mega ministry, and through God, we are a living example of that!

As we celebrate the presence of our humble pastor, there is an air of excitement and expectation of the continued fulfillment of God's vision because of his leadership.

Forge ahead, Pastor Mack, riding on eagle's wings that allow you to soar above and beyond more than you could ever imagine!

Bro. Leroy Sims has been a part of the Sweet Home family for nearly 40 years. With such longevity, he has served in a variety of areas, most notably as an Usher, Trustee, Sunday School, and a member of the Male Chorus.

Leroy blessed us with his presence, sense of humor, and a willingness to serve wherever needed; especially as it related to the stewardship of the finances of our ministry. We are forever grateful for the contributions Leroy has made to Sweet Home. Sleep on Leroy, we'll see you on the other side!

This ministry is responsible for facilitating the streaming of our services to our website, Facebook Live, Youtube, freeonline church, Favor Network, and Roku. Additionally, the Media Ministry produces this monthly publication, HomeWork, as well as maintaining our presence on our website and Facebook.
