Greetings from C. Darby Ulery, founder of "Let's Go! Fairhope" events-related newsletter, calendar and website resource for Fairhope, Alabama.

Happy first day of fall, aka the autumnal equinox. While our local leaves may not be making obvious changes, and daylight savings time doesn't end until November 3 at 2 AM, there are some signs of the season upon us:

Highlights this week:

• Homecoming
• Fall Farmers Market
• Fall Fashion Show
• Live Music Events
• More...

In a world of global connectedness, identifying our true neighbors and knowing we care about one another is perhaps more meaningful than ever. Let's Go! Fairhope is creating a directory of community-minded businesses, organizations and individuals who support local events and want to reach like-minded folks. If you'd like to be included, say the word.

Reach out at letsgofairhope@gmail.com or 251-929-GOGO to let us know.

As always, your thoughts are appreciated.

Let's Go!
