Dear Homefull Partner:
After almost three years of planning and on-going fundraising, Homefull is excited to announce that we have broken ground on the first phase of our Healthy Living in West Dayton Project!
As you may have heard, the project will include a full-service grocery store; a primary care physician’s office; a locally owned and operated pharmacy; and a regional food hub. On the second floor will be the new home of Homefull’s administrative and community-based service offices. This project also brings living wage employment opportunities and affordable housing in Phase 2. The project architect is LWC Inc. and the general contractor is Brumbaugh Construction. The estimated completion of Phase 1 is late spring/early summer of 2024. We are so excited about this incredible endeavor and its impact to the community.
Look for regular updates posted to Homefull’s website and social media. We are planning a “special” kickoff to this project for the community and our loyal donors once the weather is more suitable.
