RECERTIFICATION NOW OPEN
Deadline November 30, 2020
CHC Recertification is now open for submissions. Use these
helpful tips to enjoy a great experience with the new system:

After you log in and accept the Certemy Terms and Conditions, please ignore the contents of the first text box that asks you to upload a certificate. Tap PROCEED TO CERTEMY to begin the recertification process.

The CEU upload process is slightly different in the new system. Please refer to pp. 7-8 in the Recertification Handbook for step-by-step help.

After you process your payment in the Square Payment browser tab, please return to the open Certemy browser tab to confirm your payment and enter the payment date. This necessary step submits your recertification.
- To change your password, tap 'Reset Password' in the lower right corner of the Log In box. Enter your email and follow the link sent to your email.
- After submitting your recertification, please watch for an email from Certemy. Follow the link to your Digital Wallet and retrieve your updated certificate. The Valid Through badge will be available soon in the new Directory.
If you are a new 2020 CCH, you are not required to recertify this year.

NEW PRACTITIONER DIRECTORY OPEN
Update Your Listing Today!
Today we are launching a new Find-A-Practitioner Directory and a CCH login section on the CHC website. Please follow these steps to log in and update your listing:

Visit https://www.homeopathicdirectory.com.
- Tap Login in the upper right corner and sign up with the email you have on record with the CHC (the same one used for recertification).
- Log in and select Directory Listing from the dropdown under your name in the upper right corner.
- Enter/modify contact info, Bio and Photo.
- Select Account to verify that your information is correct.
- Select Benefits for Insurance link and CCH status badge.
