Learn about community land trusts and affordable homeownership opportunities in Snohomish County. More than a dozen homes are coming available in the next 6-12 months, some of them Habitat homes. You will come away with realistic goals and an action plan for homeownership. Some of these homeownership opportunities are available with organizations that are not Habitat for Humanity.

Learn about the process and receive assistance so you are prepared to make application when the application period opens in September 2019.
