THE NATIONAL WEEK OF THE YOUNG CHILD In Northampton, we celebrate the national Week of the Young Child in April in two ways! On April 2-17 ​Young Children's Art in Downtown Business Windows with local children's art displayed in Florence and Northampton. And on April 9, 9:30-11:30 Children's Festival at Jackson Street School (PLUS Community Baby Shower with the Hampshire County Perinatal Coalition) Outdoors there will be a school bus, fire truck, DPW trucks and playground plus indoor activities with live music, physical play, art exploration; information for parents.
