Looking Back on Our Year
As we look back on 2024, we are proud to reflect on the meaningful impact we’ve made in our community, thanks to our dedicated staff, volunteers, and supporters.
This December marked the one year anniversary for the completion of our Oak Haven Duplexes, a 4-duplex development in Live Oak, CA, providing permanent housing for 16 low-income individuals with mild to moderate mental disabilities. This milestone represents an additional step in our mission to transition individuals from homelessness to homes, creating a foundation for stability and independence.
Our Supportive Outreach Services department served 1,045 community support participants, including 1,014 individuals through housing navigation services. Our Housing Tenancy and Sustaining Program supported 122 clients, while 16 individuals received personal care and homemaker services. Additionally, 15 participants found assistance through our Short-Term Post-Hospitalization program.
Through Enhanced Case Management, we supported 768 participants—including 617 experiencing homelessness, 75 managing serious mental illness, and 76 individuals addressing substance use disorders. Our Substance Use Disorder Counseling program provided critical support to 70 clients.
At the ReStore, we were thrilled to receive 1,644 donations—many arriving in bulk truckloads—and engaged an average of 345 volunteers each month.
These milestones are a testament to the hard work, compassion, and dedication of everyone involved. The success of all of our programs reflects the power of community and collaboration in transforming lives.
We couldn’t have achieved this without the generosity of our community, and we look forward to continuing this work in 2025, creating lasting solutions for those in need.
