Hello HC Families!

Whew! We made it to the end of the semester. Who would have ever imagined that 2020 would change our lives so quickly and in such drastic ways? I want to take a minute and thank you all for coming along with us as we made the drastic change from in-person classes to distance learning. I am so thankful for our amazing teachers and admin team for figuring out a great solution and who were able to make the shift so quickly. Parents, your children are amazing and adapted quickly. We are very glad that everyone was able to finish up so well. We hope your children learned much and had some fun as well. Our teachers enjoy telling us about the cool things your children were doing, the fun they were having connecting with each other online, and how much fun they had facilitating it all. We know that it took a lot of effort on your part to do all that you did to finish the semester well. We want to thank and commend you for that! Good Job!!

With all of the regular school children at home, we know there are going to be many who are deciding how they want to educate their children next year. Many have found that they like the homeschooling lifestyle and will be looking for help and guidance. Our mission is to help, support, and encourage all who choose to educate their children at home so please tell them about us.

We pray for you and hope you all have a good summer even as we navigate all that is going on. We are putting the finishing touches on next year's schedule and are planning great things for the fall. We hope to see you all then!

Concerning Family Balances
Balances Are Now Due!

First of all, thank you to our families who have paid their balances in full! As a small business we appreciate that you are remembering us and the services we have provided your family.

I’m sure you have noticed I have been sending out invoices as a reminder that your bill is due. We extended our deadline for payments through April 24, now that April 24th has come and gone we ask those of you who still have a balance to please pay it or reach out to me so we can discuss a plan to pay off your balance. We are willing to work with you, but need to have contact.

If you are unsure whether or not you have a balance, simply log on to Orbund and check your account.

Registration will be opening SOON and any previous balance must be paid in full before you can register for classes.

As you know, we have reduced our lunch and study hall fees by 50% this semester, which is reflected in your account. If you now have a credit because of the reduction of those fees, it will be applied to next semester's class fees, not registration fees.

As always, if you have any questions please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
