The Homestead Neighborhood Association normally meets the First Tuesday of every month, 7pm at the OHSU Child Development and Rehabilitation Center; 707 SW Gaines, Third Floor. 

Notice of Homestead NA Special Board Meeting

A "Special Board Meeting" of the Homestead Neighborhood Association will be held Wednesday June 13 at the CDRC 707 SW Gaines, rm 3200 from 7-9pm.

This meeting will be held to discuss and approve the official response to the City regarding proposal LU 17-273735 AD.  The proposal is for a new development for a 7-story, 103 unit long-term stay hotel at 836 & 904 SW Gibbs (intersection of SW Gibbs and Veteran Hospital Road).  

The architect is requesting a height adjustment to build from 45' in height to 74.5' and a request to reduce loading docks from type A to type B.

The neighborhood has until June 14 to prepare final comments.  These comments will be voted on at that meeting.

This is a public meeting and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
