Hone your estimating skills

Events of the last month seem to indicate a healthier industry ahead. Don't be surprised this fall if you are asked to drop everything and estimate some new projects or resurrect some old ones.

Brush up on the phase of a construction project. Don't skip any. Be prepared to explain them to senior management (hint--they likely don't know what they are).
