11:00 AM Worship | Confirmation

“Being Honest” | Luke 24:13-35 | Lesley-Ann Hix Tommey preaching

With every Confirmation class, we remember that faith is an ever-unfolding journey. Like the travelers on the way to Emmaus, we never stop learning, exploring, questioning, or being amazed. And Jesus joins us on our way. When our faith is honest—when we bring all our hopes, despairs, doubts to God—we gain new eyes. We get to see God.

Please join us for worship in person, or online.

A Gift of Gratitude

As we gather for worship this Sunday, we invite you to set up your offering online. Plymouth is working to help us connect as a community, grow in our faith, and serve those who are most vulnerable. Your offering is key to helping that mission continue.

Celebrating the Mission School of Hope

We are delighted to welcome Charles Sagay, one of Plymouth’s long-time ministry partners, back to share with us about Mission School of Hope’s good work in Cameroon. This partnership provides our church the opportunity to bear witness to the immeasurably big, boundary-crossing work of God. Come and hear Charles speak on Friday, May 12, and Sunday, May 14, and learn more about the educational, medical and spiritual ministries MSH provides for their community.

Friday, May 12, 6:00 PM | Dinner and Presentation | Reception Room | RSVP

Charles will lead a full presentation about Mission School of Hope’s work and how Plymouth supports that work. We will have a chance to ask questions. Dinner and childcare provided. Please RSVP here to attend.

Sunday, May 14, 9:30 AM | Breakfast | Reception Room

Charles will make a short presentation before worship. Light breakfast provided.

Celebrating our Earth

On Saturday, April 22, Plymouth joined Cadman Plaza Conservancy and many others from our community to celebrate Earth Day. We weeded, soaked up sun, raked, found lots of cool little creatures and made natural bird feeders. Next time you’re at church, you might spot one of the bird feeders in Beecher Garden. As people who worship an incarnate God, caring for creation is a priority. Thank you for joining to engage one of our high callings.
