A Gibbons Thanksgiving tradition continues. This year, students collected 5,704 pounds (over 2 tons) of canned food for the Catholic Parish Outreach (CPO) food pantry. CPO shared this message of gratitude: "How wonderful for all the kindness and caring from the Cardinal Gibbons family! These donations will help us with increased requests for food assistance through the holidays." | |

The Spiritual Life team hosted the 3rd annual Vocations Panel on November 4 to celebrate National Vocation Awareness Week. This week promotes vocations to the priesthood, diaconate, and consecrated life through prayer, education, and support. A dozen ordained Catholics are visiting campus to share their stories and inspire students considering these paths. Fr. Daniel Pajersik, LC '89, was one of the guest speakers. | |
Three Championships in One Day | November 2 was an exciting day for Gibbons with three teams claiming state titles. The Women's Cross Country and Field Hockey teams secured back-to-back state championships, while the Volleyball team finished the season with an undefeated record of 22-0, winning its first state title since 2020. | |

The Class of 2026 marked their transition to upperclass students with the annual Junior Mass on November 14. A Gibbons tradition dating back to the 1940s, the event includes the blessing of class rings or another item of significance.
