CdK was honored with a thank you dinner hosted by the family of our new Dr. Jose Ramirez. He has just finished his first year of medical residency and received his post as physician in charge at a mountain clinic, for his second and last year. The dinner was held in the southern Oaxaca region of Istmo.
On a later date, at his URSE University in Oaxaca, Drew Vogt attended as our representative to the surgeon's certification, abbreviated due to COVID concerns. Following the ceremony, Drew took Dr. Jose and his two sisters to celebrate with a nice lunch. He is now in his last post, high in the Mixe mountains. We are so proud of him! He’ll make a fine doctor.
