As many of you know, we recently lost our longtime President & CEO, Tom Seddon—a steadfast leader, passionate advocate, and beloved friend. For many years, Tom shaped the Warren County Foundation with his vision, heart, and dedication to community philanthropy. He leaves a lasting legacy that continues to guide us.

Thanks to the strong foundation Tom put in place, and the dedication of our board and staff, we are moving forward with clarity and purpose. Here are a few important updates:

Financial Integrity

Our financial reconciliation work, led by Brixey & Meyer, is progressing. This careful process is building greater transparency and trust.

Technology & Website Improvements

We’re investing in Blackbaud software to give fundholders easier, real-time access to their funds. We’re also in the process of refreshing our website to provide better navigation and updated content.

Our Commitment Remains Strong

Grants are being awarded. Donor services continue. And we remain fully dedicated to improving life in Warren County—just as Tom envisioned.
