The Honors College Student Council is committed to sending you less emails this semester! In our efforts to accomplish this, we will be sending out a monthly newsletter with important announcements, surveys, links to RSVP to our upcoming events, and service opportunities! JOYS Soup Kitchen

Every 3rd Thursday of the month, the Honors College has committed to the dinner shift at JOYS Soup Kitchen. If you are interested in our October workday, please sign up here:

We are excited to host this year’s Party on the Porch at Brock’s Farm on Friday, October 14th from 7-10 p.m. This is the Honors College’s biggest event of the fall where students, alumni, and friends of the college can hangout! We will have pumpkin painting, hay rides, free food, t-shirts, and games! Buses will be running from the West End bus loop starting at 6:30 and arriving in 30 minute increments.

Friendly Faces: Registration Edition

Join us on Monday, October 17th at 7:00 p.m. in Greene Hall Lobby where we will have our second October Friendly Faces event focused on your questions about registering for classes! We will have free pizza at this event!

Fridays with Fraley (Taylor's Version)

Join us for our second Fridays with Fraley of the semester on Friday, October 21st, at 2:00 p.m. We will be playing Taylor Swift’s new ‘Midnights’ album! There will be free snacks, games, and swag!

Hocus Pocus Focus Locus

Join us on Friday, October 27th at 6:00 p.m. on the Mamie Jenkins lawn! We will be watching Hocus Pocus 1 and 2 and have a costume contest in between. Be sure to bring your own chairs and blankets, but pizza and candy will be provided!

Register to Vote by October 14th. Remember, every time you move, you have to re-register. College students have the option to register in their college towns, or where their parents live. We will have Early Voting in the student center from October 20th- November 5th. Be on the lookout for an SGA email for the polling site hours! Email [email protected] with any questions.
