Tracee submitted over 70 UCLA TAP applications, you are all amazing. Keep an eye out during spring quarter for your service leadership submission and petitioning for your Honors Scholar Acknowledgement on your transcript.


The next step is to plan your future Honors classes - what will those be? Here are several cool honors courses that you can take Spring quarter, but check out the entire list here.

  • Try Psych 54H - a one-unit honors seminar in Psych. Take a deep dive and meet a great Psychology cohort.
  • Photo 8H - Photography of American Cultures
  • English 45BH: Survey of American Literature II
  • Media 11H: Intro to Popular Culture
  • Anth2AH: Cultural Anthropology



Remember that on March 24th there will be a Quarter Ending BBQ BASH at Cuesta Park. That's in two weeks!


Again, please consider submitting something for the annual Foothill College RSLS (Research and Service Learning Symposium). The deadline to apply is March 17.


Women's soccer is recruiting for the 2023 Fall Soccer season. If any female students are interested in joining the team, please contact coach Imaan Kerchgani (email or call 408.857.3440). They are one of the few Women's sports programs on campus and it is important for our teams to remain successful and keep them going strong.

You become a part of an indigenous archaeological program that is helping native Hawaiian community groups redevelop their landscapes in the traditional ways.

A few weeks ago we went to Cal and next quarter we are off to Santa Cruz.


The trip will be towards the end of April or early May. If you are interested please SIGN UP HERE and we will send you more info as the trip approaches. We are figuring there may be potentially two buses heading that way.

Honors Transfer Program

As we get closer to graduation dates, we want to remind you to take advantage of the transfer partnerships we have with various colleges ad universities. The Foothill College Honors Institute along with the Honors Transfer Council of California (HTTC) has transfer partnerships with colleges and universities across California and the United States. Students completing our Honors Scholar Program enjoy enhanced transfer consideration and/or other benefits at the partner campuses. These may include guaranteed or priority acceptance consideration, special scholarships, housing priority, and pre-transfer library privileges.
