It’s the side of strength where lifting heavy weights, increasing muscle density and size, hitting PR’s, and feeling strong just comes with the territory.
Consistently over time, lifting heavy weights increases your metabolism, bone density, muscle strength, and confidence!
You’ll get the more individualized attention of one on one training, with the accountability and cost of a small group class.
Each strength training block you’ll learn a new compound lift and spend the month working learning proper form, increasing weight/reps/etc and then work on accessory moves that compliment your main lift.
