Hello church family!

Looking ahead at Sunday’s sermon.

This week we continue our sermon series "Direction in Difficulty."

There are some passages in the Bible that are really controversial, other passages that have been misrepresented and caused confusion. Our text this week from 1 Peter 3:1-12, is one of those passages.

As we dive into this text we will look at:

  • An encouragement for the ladies
  • A word for the fellas
  • A challenge for all.

Most importantly we will see how these verses are filled with Hope, Gospel truth, and encouragement for our hearts.

See you Sunday!

Pastor Ben Sollie

Other items to note! At 9:30am on Sunday mornings we have an adult study down by the kitchen. Pastor Ben is leading us in a new series called "Jesus in the Secular World". We are looking at the book of Nehemiah and we are growing in our understanding of how to engage with unbelievers while being equipped to unashamedly point people to the powerful Gospel message that transforms lives.

Reminder to those that signed up for an outreach opportunity this Sunday at the Marie Sandvik Center from 2 until 4pm. Meet at church at 1:30pm to travel to the center - or if driving directly there meet at 1:55pm at 1112 E Franklin Ave Minneapolis Mn 55404.

This Tuesday is Birthday Bingo at 1pm! Come and bring a friend, too!

Wednesday, along with our regular Kids and Youth activities, we are continuing our study on The Daniel Dilemma at 6:30pm. Join us for dinner before beginning at 5:45pm. Remember this week our study at 6:30pm will be downstairs by the kitchen rather than the sanctuary due to a prior commitment the youth have with another youth group visiting.

Also mark your calendars for Palm Sunday, April 2! It is a ONE SERVICE Sunday at 9:30am. Followed by an all-church brunch, Easter activities - and an EASTER EGG HUNT.
