How Hope Is Helping
Feeding Hope House: Help supply dinner items for the men and women's shelters at Hope House Mission each Wednesday. Items are delivered to the front porch of the HHM Hope Partnership Champions, who take care of delivering the meal to Hope House.

Joshua's Place Update: Last month we asked Hope Church to band together and support Joshua’s Place , one of our ministry partners, as they provide food to families impacted by COVID-19 school closings. The results were extraordinary. Hope Church has donated countless food items and contributed funding directly to Joshua’s Place so they can carry out this work.

Here are some updates on Joshua's Place and what the resources we've contributed have been helping to do:
  • Joshua's Place is currently serving over 1,200 student meal kits per week at 12 locations in five school districts
  • More than 25 churches have hosted supply collection events
  • Joshua's Place is hosting a curbside pick up of groceries each week
  • Families are receiving notes of encouragement

Prayer Meeting
Hope’s elder board is calling our Hope family to a corporate prayer time via Zoom next Tuesday, May 5, from 7:00–8:00 PM. Mark this on your calendar and plan on joining us. Click the button below to access the meeting on May 5 at 7:00 PM. You will not be able to join the meeting before that time.
Love Your Neighbor Tip
When it comes to your neighbors, try to stay in the know by listening well in conversations and by paying attention to what's being shared in neighborhood Facebook groups or on the Next Door app. Knowing about your neighbors' lives will help you pray more specifically for them and give you ample opportunity to step into their lives with love.
