DR. SCOTT SEAMAN

Special Guest: Dr. Scott Seaman
Dr. Scott Seaman is the executive director of the Association of Washington School Principals and a most sought after presenter, strategist and workshop presenter.
Scott's efforts have influenced many state school principal groups in adopting HOPE as a strategy, not a feeling.
The paradigm and model that Scott helped design carefully and powerfully defines the school leader paradigm by examining the relationship between doing and becoming. There is a difference between managing systems that serve children and youth and leading those systems - two remarkably different skill sets. By blending the learning leader with the learning organization a renewed sense of HOPE is created for all.
