At the Special Congregation Meeting on December 17, 2023, the Church Council will request the Congregation members to approve:

1. The design plans for the Worship Center, as revised.
2. The estimated cost for the Worship Center Phase 1 of $7,850,000 which includes:

3.  Construction Loan in an amount up to $4,700,000 from Mission Investment Fund (MIF) Hope Lutheran Church’s current mortgage lender.

Please be aware a quorum of eligible voters will be required for Hope Lutheran Church to move forward with the construction of the Worship Center.

Hope South Campus Building Project: Worship Center Phase 1 of the Hope South Campus Building Project:

1. Approve constructing the Worship Center Phase 1 and associated site development, with a projected cost not to exceed $7,850,000 and approve the $4,700,000 construction loan as specified in the following resolution.

2.    Authorize the Church Council and its officers to take such actions and to sign such documents as are necessary to carry out the purposes and intent of this Congregation Resolution.

3.    Rescind the approval of constructing the Activity Center Phase of the Hope South Campus Building Project given at the Special Congregation Meeting on October 7, 2022.

Save the Date! Hope's Congregational Meeting

Hope's Congregational Meeting will be held on Sunday, December 17 at 12:00pm (Noon) at Hope Central Campus.

During the meeting, we will be casting our ballots on the issues stated in the article above. We will also be voting on the 2024 Church Budget.

It is essential that all Hope members make an effort to attend! We need a quorum in order to vote.
