What if my child is absent/has an appointment during their lunchtime and I’ve already ordered?
Email Dishes2u at customercare@dishes2u.com prior to 7:00 a.m. the day of delivery. Include your STUDENT'S NAME & SCHOOL for this credit to be processed. Unfortunately, if customer care is not contacted BY EMAIL ONLY prior to 7:00 a.m., credits will not be applied, as we have already purchased the meal for you (restrictions apply, limit of 4 credits per month, per student for cancellations after ordering deadline). After 7:01 a.m., credits cannot be given if your student misses lunch due to illness or appointments.
If you do not cancel prior to 7 a.m. or would like to make additional arrangements, you are welcome to email lunches@horizonhonors.org to arrange for a sibling/or student to receive lunch OR a parent to pick up lunch during lunch period. If no arrangements are made by 12:00pm, the lunch will be donated.
What is the lunch program?
Horizon Honors partners with Dishes2U to provide a secure, fast and easy to use online ordering platform that allows you to order, prepay, and manage student orders from your smartphone, tablet or computer. Vendors differ daily and rotate every other week with the exception of Chick-fil-A is every Tuesday.
How do I sign up?

- Click Create an Account: Password is: horizon85
- Enter information and click Submit
- Enter information for your students, Add Profile. Repeat for any additional students.
- Click I’m Done and Sign In
