• The 2021-2022 Middle School Student Handbook is now available on our website. Please read the appropriate handbook prior to the first day of school. Remember, students will be required to sign off that they have read the handbook, understand the MIDDLE SCHOOL DRESS CODE, technology agreement, and code of conduct.

STUDENTS FEES
Welcome back, Eagles! We continue to offer the convenience of our online fee payment program, however there are a few changes this year. Below is a quick guide detailing HOW and WHERE to pay your student’s fees this year.
 
Location #1 – Parent PowerSchool Account – horizonclc.powerschool.com
 
The Consumable Supply Fee and Elective Fees will be paid through PowerSchool. Once you log in, select Account Preferences in the left margin to make sure your email address is up to date and that all of your Horizon Honors students are linked to your account. Then select Pay Online to view fees. Fees may only be accessed on a computer – phones will not work.

*The Consumable Supply Fee covers classroom and school supplies including copy paper, toner, tissues, wipes, Technology supplies, Teacher supplies, etc.
If you wish to waive this optional supply fee, you may instead provide a comparable assortment of classroom/school supplies. Contact the Front Office for a waiver and list of acceptable supplies.
Student Fees are Due by August 1st!
Please pay in-full or set up a Payment Plan.

All other fees – Athletics, Student Clubs, Field Trips, Events, Club Horizon, etc. – can be found here as well and will be assigned throughout the year as various activities become available.

Athletic Forms: We are proud to announce that we will be using Register My Athlete for our registration process this year. Families will provide all of their athlete's paperwork through this portal to seek eligibility for Fall Tryouts. All forms for the 2021-2022 athletic season are available on registermyathlete.com. Please download the documents for submission to your physician and signatures from Parent/Guardian and athletes.  Upload your materials for review and acceptance.

Fans will find our games listed on the Horizon Honors Calendar. Our athlete's families will use the CCSL website (Grades 5-8) or AZ Prep 365 (High School) for up-to-the-minute scheduling, scores, and rankings.

Calling all MS girls who are interested in playing middle school girls volleyball. There will be a quick informational meeting on Wednesday, August 4th with Coach Dietz in ROOM 210 from 2:45 – 3:00. All skill levels welcome.
Lunch Program is back and resumes Monday, August 23rd
