Individual Learning Plan
(ILP) Conferences
August 19th & 20th
HORIZON HONORS SECONDARY ILP CONFERENCES
At Horizon Honors we value the student-parent-teacher triangle. This partnership helps our students reach their potential. Parent involvement is key and can be established during the ILP (Individual Learning Plan) conferences as you and your child together review their progress and set goals for the quarter. The plan will cover topics, tasks, and learning outcomes your child will be expected to achieve by the end of the quarter.
 
The first ILP Conferences are August 19th and 20th. Please sign up for your QUARTER 1 ILP CONFERENCES HERE.

Athletic Forms: We are proud to announce that we will be using Register My Athlete for our registration process this year. Families will provide all of their athlete's paperwork through this portal to seek eligibility for Fall Tryouts. All forms for the 2021-2022 athletic season are available on registermyathlete.com. Please download the documents for submission to your physician and signatures from Parent/Guardian and athletes.  Upload your materials for review and acceptance.

Fans will find our games listed on the Horizon Honors Calendar. Our athlete's families will use the CCSL website (Grades 5-8) or AZ Prep 365 (High School) for up-to-the-minute scheduling, scores, and rankings.

Don't forget about the Horizon Honors Directories!
Horizon Honors Schools offers two directories to share contact information with other families.

The family directory can be used to contact friends outside of school, etc.

The carpool directory is a list of families interested in finding carpool partners!

Both forms are voluntary but must be completed by Monday, August 9. No changes to the directories will be made after this time. All directory participants will be sent a link to the information shortly after the forms are closed.
COFFEE CONNECTION RESCHEDULED!
You won't want to miss Coffee Connection! On Friday, August 13th at 8:15 a.m. both new and returning parents are invited to join us in the Media Center to meet other parents from your child's classes and much more! Coffee will be provided.
