Let’s take a moment to chat about something many of us notice as the seasons change—shifts in energy, focus, and mood that can sometimes feel hard to explain. More often than not, those changes trace back to hormonal imbalance. And with October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, it’s the perfect time to tune in and give our hormonal health the attention it deserves


Hormones play a huge role in how we feel each day, and small, intentional habits—like eating nutrient-rich foods, moving our bodies, and prioritizing rest—can make a big difference not just for energy and mood, but for overall wellness. With that in mind, I’m shining a spotlight on women’s hormonal wellness and sharing simple, actionable steps to boost your energy and help you feel your best.

NEW HABIT - HORMONE BALANCING

Supporting hormonal health doesn’t have to be complicated. According to Ask the Scientists, a healthy diet is key for hormone balance because it nourishes your body and supports your gut microbiome, which plays a central role in your endocrine system.


Protein and healthy fats provide the building blocks for hormone production, while cruciferous vegetables—like broccoli, kale, and cauliflower—help your liver detoxify hormones. Even small dietary choices, like adding nutrient-rich foods and probiotics, can make an impact on energy, mood, and overall wellness.

1) Eat Hormone-Supporting Food
