4x Week Daily Parking Permits
Registration opens
Wednesday, March 3rd
Registration closes
Sunday, March 7th
Please fill out the form below to request a parking permit.

As was mentioned back in the August 7 message and on the EHS website, about parking for this year, we will need to ask students to re-register for parking and
re-prioritize drivers based on the following criteria:

1. Students taking PSEO classes (Post-Secondary Enrollment Options)
2. Permit applicant is a 12th grader with current driver’s license
3. Permit applicant is an 11th grader with current driver’s license
4. Permit Applicant is a 10th grader with current driver’s license

To be clear, no students have been charged for any second semester parking
as we saw the potential for this to occur. We will not charge drivers until
the new permits have been assigned.

The fee for a school lot permit for the remainder of the year will be $55.
The fee for a church lot permit for the remainder of the year will be $28.
For students who do not receive a school lot permit,
we will have church lot spaces available at St. Patrick's, Calvary and St. Albans.
Virtual Conferences
Spring Parent Teacher Conferences (Virtual)
Thursday, March 11th

4:00pm - 8:00pm
Conferences offer a great opportunity to build a partnership, share information about your student, and discuss issues related to how their coursework is going. All conferences will be held virtually. Students ARE invited and encouraged to attend conferences with their parents. Student-led conversation can be very effective.

We will be sending out a link to sign up for conferences soon. The week of March 8th, teachers will send a link to families to meet during their scheduled time. If you are unable to schedule a conference with a teacher or have a brief questions, you are always welcome to contact teachers via phone, email, or set up a time to meet during office hours

Parents are able to view their child’s schedule online through the parent portal. Click here for Parent Portal. If you need assistance with your login or password, please email [email protected] and they will send you your information.

Once in the portal, select Infinite Campus and then your student from the drop down menu. Then click on “Schedule” to the left. Your student’s schedule will appear with teacher names and room numbers.

Senior Post Secondary Information
Seniors do you need help with your post-EHS plan? 4-year college? 2-year college? Trade school? Work? EHS has trained adult volunteers in coordination with the Counseling Department who are ready to provide free one-on-one help with financial aid, applications, resumes – whatever you need. Please let your Counselor know or email Ann Webster ([email protected]) to be assigned a volunteer!
Virtual College Visits
Many students choose to visit colleges (during a typical year, that is). This year will be different and many colleges are choosing to forgo in-person tours.
With college-exploration, there are a few options for students to still explore potential post-secondary fits!

We are continuing a robust schedule of college admission representative virtual visits. These meetings are designed to put students in direct contact with the admissions folks who know their schools best. Check out the link for a list of what colleges are
coming when - also find a tutorial on how to sign up for the visits!
Covid Information & Decision Tree
MDH is recommending and encouraging families to have
their children tested for COVID-19 every two weeks.
This tool from MDH provides guidance for children, students, or staff members who are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or who have been around someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. Use this document to help guide your decision making with evaluating what to do with symptoms and exposure.
Covid Symptoms
Do not come to school if you have any of the symptoms below.
If you develop any of the these symptoms during the day while at school, please go to the nurse's office.
Masks
Face Mask 2
Students, staff and anyone at Edina High School must wear a mask or face covering (worn properly over the nose and mouth) when in the building.
If you are outside the building you must wear a mask or face covering when you cannot maintain 6' of distance from others.
Carpools
For students who are driving to school with non-household carpool members, it is important to remember to be safe! Wearing masks when in a vehicle with others helps contain the spread of COVID-19.

As riding in a vehicle does not allow for 6 feet of physical distancing, EHS and MDH views passengers in a vehicle as "close contacts", subject to 14 day quarantine if exposed to a positive COVID-19 case.

This is another example of why it is so important to practice safe behaviors, both inside and outside the walls of EHS.
Pay Fees in Infinite Campus
Classroom materials and library books are essential to student learning. When materials are lost or damaged, students are asked to pay a replacement cost. To make things easier for families, those fees may be paid in Infinite Campus. If you receive an email telling you that your student has a fee or missing books/items, please login to the Parent Portal and use the tutorial below to see what fee has been assigned or to find out what book/item is missing. You can pay for the missing book/item or the fee in Infinite Campus. If you need help with your login information, please email [email protected].

Our programs nurture a love of learning, support academic achievement and develop skills in technology, the arts, sports, and more! COVID-19 Safety
While we don’t know all the health and safety guidance details for summer just yet, what we do know is this: we will pair the expertise we’ve gained in safely running care and enrichment programs all year, with what we know kids and families want and need.

All programs will incorporate the most current COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. We will continue to monitor all Minnesota Department of Health guidelines and executive orders from the Governor’s Office, and will adjust our practices as the pandemic situation evolves.

Summer Go Time
Edina Community Education and Edina Give and Go are providing a needs-based scholarship for students to participate in youth enrichment camps and classes this summer. Funding is limited. Apply early.
