above by last name. All other dates/times, students (hybrid and EVA) will
be checking Schoology for assignments.

At-Home COVID Screening
Attendance
We are asking parents to report an absence for your student online.
Login to the Parent Portal, click on Infinite Campus icon, click the “more” link on the bottom left, select absence request and fill in the information.
Masks
Face Mask 2
Students, staff and anyone at Edina High School must wear a mask or face covering(worn properly over the nose and mouth) when in the building.
If you are outside the building you must wear a mask or face covering when you cannot maintain 6' of distance from others.
Open Campus
Please click the link below for the open campus release form for Juniors and Seniors. This form must be completed and returned to get an open campus sticker. Students are not allowed to leave campus until they have an open campus sticker on their student ID. Students will be required to show their student ID with their open campus sticker when leaving and returning from lunch or student prep.
Open Campus is for Juniors and Seniors only.
Parking Permits
Do you still need to pick up your parking permit? 
Please come to the EHS door 5 vestibule window to pick up your parking pass.
We will be adding the $60 permit fee to your Infinite Campus account soon.
Please pay this fee via the Portal by October 2nd.

We have student parking permits still available!
If you would like a parking permit, please click the link below. Students must have a drivers license in order to get a parking permit. We cannot hold permits until someone passes their drivers test. Parking permits are $60 for the EHS lot and $30 for the church lots. Fees for EHS main lot parking will be entered in your Infinite Campus account and you can pay the fee there.
Lockers
All lockers will be given out via school email. DO NOT stop in the main office for lockers. Lockers are available for all students. Students keep the same locker each year until graduation. If you had a locker in the past, that is your locker until graduation. If you forgot your combination or locker number, email [email protected] from your school email and we will send you that information. We cannot send information to personal email accounts. For any student that does not have a locker, we ask that you walk your schedule for the first week and decide where you would like your locker. Once you have determined the location, please email [email protected] with a locker number and description of the location (include floor #) close to where you would like a locker. We will try to get you a locker as close to that location as possible. We will send your locker number and combination to your school email.
Infinite Campus & Schoology
Infinite Campus is a district-wide student information system (SIS) designed to manage attendance, grades, schedules, assessments and other information about the students in the Edina Public Schools. Parents will utilize one login to see information on one or multiple children. Schoology is your child's virtual classroom.
School Supply Donations
We appreciate your generosity with school supply donations for classrooms. Below is a list of items we need. (bold means we are running low)

 Tissues/Kleenex, Expo white board markers (any color), Expo White Board Erasers and Cleaner, Batteries, Packing tape, Pens, Ticonderoga #2 Pencils, Highlighters, Manila Folders, 3-Ring Binders, Post It Notes, Loose Leaf Paper
 
Families can go online to Amazon.com and order supply donations for classrooms.
Pay Fees in Infinite Campus
If you receive an email telling you that your student has a fee or missing books/items, please login to the Parent Portal and use the tutorial below to see what fee has been assigned or to find out what book/item is missing. You can pay for the missing book/item or the fee in Infinite Campus.
Student IDs and Lanyards
Students are required to wear their student ID
and lanyard at Edina High School.

For security purposes, we are requiring students to wear colored lanyards while in the building . Green lanyards signify Monday-Tuesday hybrid students with the last name A-K and Black lanyards signify Thursday-Friday hybrid students with the last name L-Z. Lanyards will be distributed to students during the first week of school. If you do not have your student ID, we should be getting those soon and will distribute them as soon as possible. Please wear your lanyard even if you have not received your ID. Please ALWAYS wear your student ID and lanyard when you are at EHS.
9th Grade Students
Connect with Hornet Mentors
Each 9th grade student will be assigned an 11th or 12th grade Hornet Mentor. Mentors will establish an ongoing communication and relationship with their 9th grade mentees. Hornet Mentors will be reaching out to their 9th grade mentees to introduce themselves prior to the first day of school. 9th grade students please check your email. Hornet Mentors are reaching out to you via your school email to connect with you.
