PEACHTREE CITY, GA (FEBRUARY 26, 2026) – Hoshizaki Alliance (Hoshizaki USA Holdings, Inc.), the Americas regional organization for Hoshizaki Corporation and a leading group of foodservice manufacturing companies, is expanding its sales leadership team with strategic role advancements designed to enhance collaboration, align multi-brand strategy, and accelerate growth across its portfolio.

As part of this evolution, Rod Johnson has been promoted to Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, and Rodrigo Flores has been appointed Senior Director of LATAM Sales.

Strengthening Sales Leadership Alignment

Together with Bret Eldridge, Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Dianna Nielsen, Vice President of Global Account Sales, Johnson and Flores form a united sales leadership team focused on aligning strategies across brands, strengthening channel partnerships, and driving coordinated execution throughout Hoshizaki Alliance.

Rod Johnson

Johnson was most recently Senior Director of Import Products and brings more than three decades of experience in the commercial kitchen equipment industry. He has built a strong reputation for strategic leadership, sales excellence, and deep industry expertise.

In his new role, Johnson will focus on driving growth through strategic relationships and cross-functional collaboration across the Alliance. His responsibilities include partnership development, oversight of import product operations, and leadership of multi-brand customer care and strategic account initiatives—supporting market expansion and enhanced customer experience across Alliance companies.

Rodrigo Flores

Flores transitions to Hoshizaki Alliance from Lancer Worldwide, where he served as Director of LATAM Sales. He brings extensive regional expertise and a strong track record of developing and executing growth strategies across Latin America.

Flores will lead multi-brand sales initiatives across Mexico, Central and South America, and the Caribbean, working closely with executive and sales leaders across the Alliance to align strategies, drive collaboration, and expand the presence of Hoshizaki brands throughout the region.
