"We have been so surprised and grateful for the excellent level of care, hospitality, support and communication delivered by the hospice staff. Staff are never in a rush to move on to another patient but have the time to answer questions and to attend to our father’s needs with dignity and respect. The ratio of staffing here has allowed our whole experience to be one of humanity and excellence of care, something we so want for our father these last days. From the cleaning staff to volunteers, to maintenance, and nursing staff, across the board, the care has been exceptional. Our deepest thanks."
