SEASON'S GREETINGS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!
ANNUAL YEAR END HOLIDAY CHEER OPEN HOUSE
Our Annual Holiday Cheer Open House saw several community partners, friends and supporters come together and enjoy year end festivities, food, music and celebrations. We thank everyone for their contributions and on going support to enriching the growing hospice family. As 2018 comes to a close, we cherish our shared values of family, friendship, and community. Our success in 2018 would not have been possible without the tremendous generosity of our volunteers and supporters.
