Updated Reporting Requirements
An email was sent to licensed health-care professionals regarding the Hospital Discounted Care reporting requirements for licensed health-care professionals in Colorado, per Senate Bill (SB) 24-116. The first data submission will be due on September 1, 2025, and include data for the period of January 1, 2025 - June 30, 2025. Hospitals will not be responsible for reporting data for physicians for July 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024.
The Hospital Discounted Care website has been updated with a section for Professional Data Reporting and the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for Professionals document includes data reporting requirements. Facilities should share this document with their applicable physicians.
