Updated Materials Available
New versions of the Uniform Application (Version 1.6), Uniform Application PDF for posting, Federal Poverty Guidelines, and Hospital Discounted Care FPG and Payment Calculator have been posted to the Hospital Discounted Care web page. All providers must begin using Version 1.6 of the Uniform Application on Monday, April 1. Providers will need to ensure that they update the application that is mandated to be posted to their website with either the new PDF or Excel version of the application.
In addition to the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG) updates in the Uniform Application, the following changes were made:
- Expanded the application to accommodate households up to 15 members
- Changed the calculation of unemployment income, including automatically setting the end date for the household's determination to coincide with when the unemployment payments will end

Removed the CICP only card and updated the combo card so that the Hospital Discounted Care monthly max amounts populate automatically - this change was discussed at the October CICP Advisory Council meeting
- Non-CICP hospitals are invited to attend these meetings, as Hospital Discounted Care topics may be discussed
- Meetings are the last Monday in January, April, July, and October - next meeting is April 29 from 1-3 p.m.

Office Hours Schedule Change
Office Hours will not be held April 3 or April 10. Office Hours will resume on April 17 and be held every other Wednesday instead of weekly on Wednesdays. Topics will continue to be posted to the Hospital Discounted Care web page; if you have a topic you would like HCPF to cover in Office Hours, please submit it to hcpf_HospDiscountCare@state.co.us.
