June Implementation Stakeholder Meeting Cancelled
The stakeholder meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 17 regarding the implementation of HB 24-1399 and SB 24-116 has been cancelled. The next stakeholder meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 14. More information about topics that will be covered at the July meeting will be available closer to the meeting date.
Rules covering the entirety of HB 24-1399 were granted final adoption at the May 9, 2025 Medical Services Board meeting and will go into effect on July 1, 2025. The only remaining part of SB 24-116 that has not yet been implemented is the addition of the new population groups within Presumptive Eligibility (PE). The implementation of the system changes to accommodate the expanded population groups is in process and is currently on track to be completed by January 2026.
